When making your appointment please advise reception if you have paperwork that needs to be completed or a specific type of appointment.

Choice of Doctor

You may request to see the doctor of your choice, however for continuity of medical treatment we encourage you to see the same doctor on each occasion.

Multiple Patients

Please advise our reception staff if more than one family member intends to see the doctor as we will need to reserve additional time for you.

Longer Appointments

Longer appointments are available for complex issues upon request.

Emergency Consultations

We do try to have some emergency spots available each day and attempt to accommodate all urgent cases. However your usual doctor may not be available.

Test results

For test results that your GP has ordered, please make an appointment to discuss your test results. Privacy issues prevent over the phone discussions of results.
